Our Mission
Our mission is simple yet powerful. We're committed to empowering mothers to breastfeed beyond four months and break down the barriers that limit their ability to do so.

Our Story
Milk & Bloom was born in 2024 from a passion for empowering mothers. What started as small batches of homemade lactation treats in my kitchen quickly turned into a thriving business, thanks to the encouragement of mums in our community.
Each cookie and brownie is made with love and care, crafted with one purpose: to provide comfort, nourishment, and reassurance during one of life’s busiest seasons.
Why choose us
Freshly Baked, Like Real Food Should Be
Our lactation treats have a shelf life that reflects real, wholesome food because we want you to enjoy the freshest, most flavorful treats possible. Every batch is made to order with care and precision, ensuring that you receive nothing less than the highest quality, made-from-scratch cookies that nourish both your body and soul.
Guiding You Every Step of the Way
Our goal is bigger than just a product. We aim to be a trusted resource for your breastfeeding journey. We take the time to educate and empower you with the information you need to make the best decisions for yourself. Whether it’s understanding the importance of your milk supply or knowing what works best for your body, we’re committed to helping you make informed choices. Our goal is to ensure that you feel supported and confident every step of the way, with no pressure to make a purchase unless it’s right for you
The Heart Behind Milk and Bloom
As a mother myself, I know firsthand how challenging breastfeeding can be. The doubts about milk supply, the pressure to "do it all," and the exhaustion that often comes with caring for a little one can feel overwhelming. That's why at Milk and Bloom, we aim to provide more than just a product, we aim to provide peace of mind. We believe that a happy mama means a happy baby, and our lactation treats are designed to support both.
What sets us apart is our commitment to education. We take the time to help mums understand whether milk supply is truly an issue before recommending any products. Many mums think they have a low supply when, in fact, they have just enough and overproducing can lead to complications like mastitis, which is one of the top reasons mothers in Australia stop breastfeeding. By educating, we ensure that the mamas who come to us feel empowered to make informed decisions, not just about products, but about their bodies and breastfeeding goals.
