We bake our lactation cookies and brownies fresh on the day of dispatch to ensure you receive the most delicious and nutritious treats possible! Here's a rundown of how we get them to you:
Processing:
- In most cases, we process orders the same day or next day.
- However, to guarantee maximum freshness, we may require up to 2 business days to process your order in rare instances.
Delivery Timeframes:
- We use Australia Post Express Shipping to get your goodies to you within 24 hours of them being baked!
- Please note: Orders placed after Wednesday after 10AM will be shipped on Monday due to courier weekend restrictions. This means they will likely arrive on Tuesday.
Shipping Costs:
- We offer a flat rate of $15 on orders under $120. This allows us to keep our express shipping service affordable as a small business.
- Orders over $120 enjoy free shipping!
Local Options:
- Free pickup: Available for customers in Sydney, NSW. Just select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
- Free delivery (limited): In special cases, we may be able to offer free delivery within a 10km radius of our location. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about this option.
