Are your lactation cookies and brownies safe for consumption during pregnancy?

Yes, our lactation cookies and brownies are safe for consumption during pregnancy. They are made with natural ingredients that are commonly consumed during pregnancy. However, if you have specific concerns or dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before consuming our products.

How do your lactation cookies and brownies help with breastfeeding?

Our lactation cookies and brownies are specially formulated with ingredients known to support lactation, such as oats, flaxseed, and brewer's yeast. These ingredients are believed to help boost milk supply in breastfeeding mothers. However, individual results may vary, and we recommend consulting with a lactation consultant or healthcare provider for personalized advice.

How should I store your lactation cookies and brownies?

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days. Alternatively, you can store them in the refrigerator for an extended shelf life. Before consuming, allow them to come to room temperature for the best taste and texture.

Can I freeze your lactation cookies and brownies?

Yes, our lactation cookies and brownies can be frozen for longer-term storage. Place them in a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. To thaw, simply remove them from the freezer and let them come to room temperature before enjoying.

Can I customize my order with specific ingredients or dietary preferences?

Yes, we offer customization options for customers with specific dietary preferences or restrictions. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We use express shipping which typically takes 1 business day within Australia, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not available for our orders. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us to collaborate on finding the optimal solution.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. We make our dough fresh daily in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–2 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to every postal address in Australia via express post.

What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.  

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address. We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped.
