ORDERS
You can select the dispatch date! On the checkout page, a calendar shows all the available dates.
Some dates are blocked out as we have reached maximum capacity for this day or the kitchen is closed due to a public holiday.
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder and ensure there are no typos in the email address entered at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched via express delivery, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, followed by a separate email with your tracking details. This is usually sent 1–2 days before delivery.

- Order number (e.g. #1103)
- Change requested (e.g. "I want to change the flavour/ I need to change the address")
Please note: we can only accept order changes made at least 3 business days before your selected dispatch date. If no dispatch date was chosen, we may not always be able to accommodate changes once your order has been placed.
More than three working days before your chosen dispatch date
A cancellation fee of $1 applies to cover payment provider transaction costs.
Less than two working days before your chosen dispatch date
- Orders including brownies:
Because our brownies are baked to order and preparation begins days in advance, cancellations within this period are unfortunately not possible. This ensures we avoid unnecessary food waste. - Cookie-only orders:
Cancellations are accepted up to 1 working day before dispatch. - No dispatch date chosen:
Cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not yet been processed.
*Working days are Monday to Thursday, as our kitchen is closed on Friday–Sunday.
We strive to ensure every order is perfect, but if there’s an issue, our team is happy to help. Please email team@milkandbloom.com.au within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- A photo showing the issue. For incorrect flavours, please include a clear photo of the bottom of the brownies.
- Your order number
We review all complaints carefully. In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned to process a refund. All refunds are subject to manager approval.
Before your order is shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the delivery address. If you notice any errors or need to make changes before dispatch, we’re happy to update your order. Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot make changes and are not responsible for lost parcels.
As a goodwill gesture, we may offer to replace a brownie at no cost, but the customer will be asked to cover shipping and packaging ($15). This is subject to manager approval.
We do not accept or send orders to PO Boxes, as these are not supported by our fulfillment partner. Please provide a street address for delivery.
We don’t recommend sending orders to a business or apartment building with a central mailroom. Couriers may leave the package at the mailroom rather than at reception or your requested location. Mailrooms will usually only accept parcels for permanent staff or residents.
For this reason, we strongly discourage this unless you can guarantee someone will be available to accept the delivery. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries.
No, it does not. All information relating to the order is sent via email.
If you haven’t selected a dispatch date, please allow 1–2 business days for us to bake and prepare your order before it ships. If you have chosen a dispatch date, your order will be shipped on that selected date.
All of our treats are baked fresh to order to ensure quality and freshness. When planning a gift or time-sensitive delivery, please factor in this 1–2 business day processing time.
Even with express delivery, this processing time still applies.
We use express shipping which typically takes 1 business day within Australia, once shipped. Orders shipped to regional locations will typically take up to 4 business days to arrive once shipped
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not available for our orders. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us to collaborate on finding the optimal solution.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.
PRODUCTS
Our lactation cookies and brownies are baked fresh to order and are at their best when enjoyed soon after delivery.
- At room temperature: Keep your treats sealed until you’re ready to enjoy. Once opened, they stay fresh for up to 1 week in an airtight container. In warmer months, we recommend storing them in the fridge.
- For longer storage: Wrap them well and freeze for up to 2 months. For the best texture and flavour, allow frozen treats to come to room temperature for a few hours before serving.

Gluten-Free
Coming soon! Please note that our products are not suitable for coeliacs at this time.
Halal
Most of our products are halal-friendly. Always check the ingredient list before purchasing to be sure.
Kosher
Unfortunately, our products are not kosher at this time.
Please note that all our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, and gluten are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our treats may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), and nuts.
Yes, our lactation cookies and brownies are safe for consumption during pregnancy. They are made with natural ingredients that are commonly consumed during pregnancy. However, if you have specific concerns or dietary restrictions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before consuming our products.
Our lactation cookies and brownies are specially formulated with ingredients known to support lactation, such as oats, flaxseed, and brewer's yeast. These ingredients are believed to help boost milk supply in breastfeeding mothers. However, individual results may vary, and we recommend consulting with a lactation consultant or healthcare provider for personalized advice
