Return and Refund

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If your order is not delivered because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • Uncollected Items: If your order is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please send us a photo of the issue so we can assess your claim. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
