I have been struggling with expressed volumes with returning to work, and the increase in expressed volume on the days I have a delicious sweet treat is noticeable - 30-50mL increase a session (poor volumes to start with, so this increase is just amazing)

These lactation cookies are amazing. They taste fantastic and do not leave you with a weird after taste like many other brands do. I have had one daily for the last 3 days and am yet to notice a difference in my supply however I have faith it will pick up soon 😊
