Breastfeeding requires an additional 300-500 calories per day - that's your body working hard to produce milk for your little one! During this special time, focusing on calorie counting can be counterproductive. Your body needs these extra calories to maintain your milk supply and keep you energized for those middle-of-the-night feeds.
Most mums notice a difference in their milk supply when consuming 1 Milk and Bloom cookie a day.
