Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Milk and Bloom, an Australia-based business that creates freshly handmade lactation treats.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens and closes on the dates specified in the post. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

The prize is as described in the giveaway post and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random and announced via our Instagram account and/or email. The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Milk & Bloom reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Fulfilment

  • The winner will be required to provide accurate shipping details (no PO Boxes). Milk and Bloom will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels if incorrect address details are supplied by the winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

7. Personal Information & Privacy

By entering, you consent to Milk & Bloom collecting your name, email address and shipping address for the purpose of administering this giveaway and fulfilling the prize. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal details with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

8. General Conditions

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Milk & Bloom. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Milk & Bloom reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
  • Milk & Bloom’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other third party.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Milk & Bloom excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
