- 21g Protein. From Real Food. Every flavour hits 21g of protein per cookie, not from protein powder or isolates, but from almonds, hemp seeds, and flaxseeds. Hemp seeds alone contain all nine essential amino acids, making this one of the most complete plant-protein breakfasts you can grab with one hand.
- Naturally Sweetened. Dates are the only sweetener in the Breakfast Range. No added sugar, no sugar alcohols, no refined syrups. Beyond sweetness, dates bring natural iron, potassium, and fibre. So what makes the cookie taste good is also doing something good for your body.
- 12g Fibre for a Happy Gut. Flaxseeds and hemp seeds deliver both soluble and insoluble fibre in every cookie, including prebiotic fibre to support gut microbiome balance. Each flavour's mix-ins add their own natural fibre sources on top, making 12g of fibre per cookie feel effortless rather than medicinal.
- Iron Without the Supplement. Dates, brewer's yeast, and flavour-specific mix-ins are all natural sources of iron, a mineral breastfeeding mamas are commonly low in. Combined with the vitamin C found in select mix-ins, the Breakfast Range helps support healthy iron absorption and energy levels without reaching for a separate supplement.
- Healthy Fats That Actually Fill You Up. - Milk Supply Support. Brewer's yeast and flaxseeds are included in the base of every flavour at a functional dose. Both are traditionally used as galactagogues, with brewer's yeast delivering B-vitamins, protein, and beta-glucans, and flaxseeds providing lignans and omega-3 ALA to help support healthy milk production.

Our treats are baked fresh on the day of dispatch so they arrive rich and gooey. They’ll stay fresh for up to 1 week at room temperature. Simply store them in an airtight container or in their original packaging until you’re ready to enjoy.
